Return Eligibility

For eligible orders shipped to customers in the United States, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, clothing items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• With original tags attached

• In clear garment packaging with the original SKU label

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please contact us for assistance with an eligible return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the order was incorrect.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and help you with the next steps.

Refund Processing

Once the returned package is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for return processing. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
